Founded by Ugi Augustine on January 21, 2016. Significant challenges faced reduced workforce from 23 employees to 5 resilient individuals.
2017
Secures first two corporate clients, marking the restart and setting a foundation for growth and more partnerships.
2018
Develops its flagship product, 360Datalytics, a revolutionary solution demonstrating Nugi's commitment to innovation.
2019
Relocates its operations from Calabar to Lagos. 360Datalytics is rebranded as OneMoni, a fintech solution.
2021
Returns from Lagos to Calabar to refocus on its roots and vision.
2023
Establishes international expansion to serve global markets. OneMoni sold to a fintech company. Partnering with the Cross River State Government, Nugi creates 360Gov.
2024
Nugi Group officially born to multiply its impact across sectors through technology.
2025
Launches Syncventory and Q-loop, groundbreaking products designed to cater for inventory and email needs, expanding its global software portfolio.
